18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

The models that appear in any visual depiction on this Website were over 18 years of age at the time of the creation of the depiction.  The photographer examined a government-issued ID at the time that the depiction was created, and maintained a copy of the ID for her records. 

Nevertheless, Tatiana Von Tauber certifies that this website, and all of the visual depictions found on it are exempt from the record-keeping and labeling requirements found in 18 U.S.C. § 2257, because none of the depictions are of “actual sexually explicit conduct,” and all of the depictions were created prior to the effective date of the amendments to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, pursuant to HR 4472.

Despite the fact that all of my images are exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, I nevertheless keep and maintain proof that all of my models are over the age of 18 when I photograph them.  I will allow inspection of these records upon written request, evaluated by my attorney.
